Remember not to litter and keep quiet on the lake.
Do not use internal combustion engines for boats and jet skis in waters that regulations on the silence zone apply to. In the Masurian Landscape Park, the silence zone includes all lakes except for: Lake Śniardwy (with a silence zone on Lake Kaczerajno and in the Łukniańska Bay), Lake Bełdany (with a silence zone in Iznota and Wygryny Bays). In terms of lakes outside the Park, please check the regulations with the relevant local district offices.
Remember to stay sober while swimming in a lake, staying in the water area and driving a ship or other vessel.
Choose designated swimming pools to rest by the water, preferably watched over by a lifeguard, and follow the swimming pool regulations.
Do not feed wild animals.
Do not enter the water when your body is hot from the sun, splash yourself with water to avoid a cold shock response.
Do not jump into the water in places you don’t know.
Do not forget that you should leave the place where you rest clean and tidy (do not litter and do not pollute the water).
