This neo-Gothic church was built in 1908-10. The temple was dedicated on November 27th, 1910. At that time, a pipe organ was installed in the church, and in 1911, two bells were hung in the steeple. In 1918, the bells were removed from the steeple to be melted into ammunition. In 1970, it became a filial church of the evangelical parish in Pisz. In 2014, the original appearance of the temple interior was restored, which included bringing back original colours and ornaments. In 2015, the baptismal font was moved from the former Protestant church in Ukta. Inside there are two memorial boards for the parishioners of Wejsuny killed in World War I and II.
